Q: What type of payment do you take?
A: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, Paypal, money orders, or a check, however we will need for the check to clear before merchandise is shipped.

Q: How do I know how to measure my wrist or ankle size?
A: Cut a piece of string to the circumference of your wrist make sure there is no slack. Lay the string on a ruler, and measure. By the time the clasp is attached there will be plenty of room for comfort. As to your ankle we use chain to be adjustable. That way you may tighten or loosen to your liking and comfort.
Q: How do I measure for my necklace size?
A: It depends where you want the necklace to lay on your neck. Take a necklace you already have and measure it from end to end and let us know the length.
Q: What kind of earrings do you have?
A: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm Ball Posts; Lever Backs; and French Hooks. As well as clip-on for non-pierced ears. All sterling silver. Gold filled 3mm, 4mm Ball posts and Gold plated clip-ons.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
