RETURNS

     All of our jewelry is custom made to your order, therefore we do not inventory completed pieces. Please make sure you are satisfied with your selection before you complete your order.

     If there is a problem in shipping of your jewelry, you must contact us, for a return within 7 days of receipt. At this time you will be given instructions for the return. Your return will be gladly exchanged for another item or merchandise credit. We do not provide credit card or cash refunds.

     The jewelry must be packaged in the same manor, new, unworn and not damaged, or the merchandise will be returned to you and there will not be a merchandise credit.

     We can not be held responsible for sizes too small. Everything is custom made . We are more than happy to work with you to get everything just right. Please feel free to email us before you order.

     Unfortunately we can not guarantee against normal wear and tear or accidential damage. We would be more than happy to try and repair the problem. Please email us as to the problem and we can make a price quote for the repair.

     We reserve the right to inspect and determine the cause of damage of all returns.
